RETURN POLICY
Due to the hygienic nature of the items we retail, Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in any original packaging.
We will not accept any returns or exchanges of any products where the hair has been tampered , lace trimmed, wig worn, product applied, hair washed, change in smell or tags cut off . This is due to hygiene purpose.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 24hours to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Our REFUND policy for a different unit delivered is valid with the right to return within 14 days of delivery.
Returned wigs will be inspected before payments are refunded as wigs sent must be unused and in the same condition received.
DELIVERY POLICY: All wigs are shipped by DHL courier and comes with a automated tracking number for updates on the status of your waybill.
MISSING PACKAGE: We are not responsible for missing package of shipment sent to the right address. Kindly ensure you input the accurate address (Street name, post code / zip code)
