i received my wig today and omg i was almost brought to tears. I lost my hair to stress and thought i would NEVER wear braids again, as a black American I don’t have to many ancestral traditions so braids were very special to me. and now i have them minus the hours and pain. thank you all for your hard work ! buying a custom super long one if i ever get married!
I ordered a 26 inch the wig looks like a 24 inch. Very disappointed
Hello Bruanna, thank you for airing your thoughts as this enables us do better where there are lapses. We work on quality control before shipping out units and this includes measuring the length, however, at your convenience kindly measure using a tape rule to confirm as your unit was measured 26″ from the (mid babyhair line) to the sides and 30″ from the front babyhairline to the back. We appreciate your support and hope this won’t be a deterrent to having you as a returning client.
This wig is honestly the best investment I’ve ever made! The braids are so neat and the wig is constructed perfectly! The company is very reasonable and easy to communicate with and I did not wait too long before my wig arrived!
